Acer announced its LumiRead, a 6-inch e-book reading device that is “seamlessly integrates in the Acer clear.fi solution to let people live through a 360-degree Acer experience.” The LumiRead features a 6-inch e-ink display, 2GB internal flash memory, QWERTY keyboard, and a microSD card slot.
The Acer LumiRead is just few mm thick. It can access Barnes & Nobles’ e-book store via WiFi or optional 3G module. No words yet on availability.
Asus presents the professional LCD display designed for graphics designer and photographers named PA246Q . Based on P-IPS panel, it is optimized for color accuracy and Adobe RGB color space to deliver the most precise color reproduction, and provides an ultra-wide viewing angle.
Moshi Lifestyle launches the new Voice Control Digital Clock Radio, which is a fully voice-controller clock radio with “premium 2.0 speaker” for radio and music playback. The new radio features dual alarms and comes with three alarm sounds and three sleep sounds. It has AM/FM tuner and supports playback from iPod, MP3 player or other device via line-in.
LaCie launches the Network Space MAX network storage device, that is basically the bigger version of the Network Space 2. The new drive includes two large-capacity hard drivers that can be configured for maximum security (RAID 1) or maximum capacity (RAID 0).
The Network Space MAX has a gigabit Ethernet LAN port and a USB 2.0 port.
HP presents G42t noetbook PC to “provide everything you need for daily productivity and fun.” Powered by choice of Intel Core i3/i5 processor, the G42t packs up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, 640GB ahrdd rive and integrated Intel HD graphics.
The G42t comes with a 14-inch LED-backlit display and a DVD burner or Blu-ray drive. 5-in-1 card reader, WiFi, webcam and Altec Lansing speakers are all included. The price starts at $549.99.
Luxury brand Versace, in collaboration with ModeLabs Group, introduces its Unique, a luxury mobile phone. The Versace Unique is crafted from the finest materials, hand-assembled in France. Its “face is constructed from pure high-tech ceramic or handmade lacquers delicately framed with an 18K yellow gold finish or 316L grade stainless steel inlay and its back is wrapped in the finest handcrafted leather, embossed with the Medusa head.”
QStarz presents the new BT-Q1000XT GPS travel recorder. This new logger is capable of recording up to 40 days and up to 400,000 waypoints. It uses MTK II chipset with 165dBm sensitivity and 66-Channel tracking and supports A-GPS fix in less than 15 seconds.
The QStarz BT-Q1000XT offers Time Schedule function for auto-logging and includes over-speed alarm. It also sport Bluetooth connectivity for use as a GPS receiver. The Q1000XT is priced at US$129.
Corsair adds 60GB F60, 120GB F120 and 240GB F240 models to its Force Series solid state drive, all using the SandForce SF-1200 SSD processors. These 2.5-inch SSDs uses SATA II interface and are based on MLC NAND flash.
The Force Series SSD offers up to 285MB/s read speed and 275MB/s write speeds and a random 4K write performance of 15,000 IOPS.
Alcatel gives out the One Touch XTRA mobile phone for Orange. The phone is an entry-level device with a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen display. It comes with a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording and webcam capability, built-in MP3 player, FM radio with RDS and a microSD card slot.
NEC adds a new member to its S series, the 52-inch S521 Full HD business-grade LCD display. Like the S401 and S461 announced last month, the S521 is designed for digital signage applications with extended operation times, such as airports, retail and other public areas.

Aiptek presents the Pocket Cinema V20 pico projector as the follow-up to the V10. The pocket-sized projector is based on LCoS display technology and uses RGB LED as light source. It features 640×480 VGA resolution, 15 lumens brightness, and 200:1 contrast ratio.
The V20 has 2GB internal memory and supports SD/SDHC, MMC, MS Pro memory cards up to 32GB.
