Philips introduces at the IFA 2010 the Fidelio DS8550 speaker dock that is large enough to acommodate an Apple iPad. The speaker is also compatible with all iPhone models and most iPod models. It also supports Bluetooth for wireless music streaming. The Fidelio DS8550 features a Bass Reflex Speaker system with 15Wx2 output power. The speaker has the SoundCurve design, which means its walls are shaped to randomize the movements of sound waves and reflect them within the acoustic chamber.

Motorola Quench XT3
Motorola presents its Quench XT3 Android smartphone in Taiwan, which is probably an OEM from Vibo. Not only does it look like Vibo’s A668, it also gets similar UI skin. The XT3 features a 3.2-inch 480×320 capacitive touchscreen, a 3 Megapixel camera
with auto focus and LED flash, a trackball, A-GPS, WiFi connectivity and a microSD card slot.

Luxury brand Versace, in collaboration with ModeLabs Group, introduces its Unique, a luxury mobile phone. The Versace Unique is crafted from the finest materials, hand-assembled in France. Alcatel One Touch XTRA for Orange
Alcatel gives out the One Touch XTRA mobile phone for Orange. The phone is an entry-level device with a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen display. It comes with a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording and webcam capability, built-in MP3 player, FM radio with RDS and a microSD card slot.
Nokia E5 QWERTY Business Smartphone
With the success of the E71 and E72, Nokia adds to the Eseries the E5-00 business smartphone. The bar-type device, like most Eseries phones, gets a full QWERTY keyboard. It boasts a 2.4-inch 320×240 LCD display, a 5 Megapixel camera with LED flash, Bluetooth, integrated A-GPS with Ovi Maps and WiFi connectivity.
Blackberry Storm 3 Slider
Pics of the new Blackberry Storm slider have been revealed and at first sight it looks like it could give the iPhone and upcoming Android phones a good run.

Alcatel OT-980 Android Phone
Alcatel showed the new OT-980 sliding QWERTY phone that looks like Palm’s Pre at the MWC 2010 . Instead of webOS, the OT-980 runs the Android 1.6 OS. Boosted by 600MHz processor, the new phone gets 192MB of RAM.
Alcatel OT-980 features are: QVGA resistive touchscreen, 2 Megapixel camera, GPS, and WiFi. The device should be affordable if it really hits the market.

Motorola Quench Android Phone
Motorola reveiled the latest addition to its Android portfolio at the MWC 2010, the Quench with MOTOBLUR social platform. The Quench will be called CLIQ XT and be available in March through T-Mobile USA.
The Motorola Quench features a 3.1-inch touchscreen, a photo with 5 MegaPixels with auto focus and LED flash, a touchpad, Bluetooth, aGPS support and WiFi connectivity. Motorola’s new Android phone supports “pinch and zoom” and has built-in FM tuner. Unlike the CLIQ with physical QWERTY keyboard, the Quench lacks that but comes with the Swype text input method. It’s a great phone with lots of cool features and it is also a user friendly.
Acer beTouch E400 and E110 Android Smartphones
Acer introduces the beTouch E400 and beTouch E110 smartphones, they are both running Android. The E400 is the more advanced model powered by Qualcomm 7227 600MHz processor and runs Android 2.1 Eclair OS while the E110 is an cheaper and more affordable phone with 416MHz CPU and Android 1.5 with Acer’s special UI.
The beTouch E400 has 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM. It features a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, a 3.2 Megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi 802.11b/g. It has 3.5mm jack and a microSD slot. DocumentToGo and nemoPlayer are pre-loaded. It will be released in April.The entry-level beTouch E110, on the other hand, has 256MB RAM. It sports a 2.8-inch touchscreen, a 3.2 Megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth but lack WiFi. 3.5mm audio jack and microSD card slot are available. It will come in black and dark blue and be released in March.
