Toshiba Libretto W105-L251

Posted by admin On November - 20 - 2010 ADD COMMENTS

Should a laptop with dual 7″ screens be among the cool gadgets?  Toshiba seems to be a “better than average” supplier of laptops in terms of both features and durability (I have owned a couple of Satellite laptops and have not encountered major issues).  One possible weakness of the Libretto though is that the battery life is around 3 hours due to its dual screen feature.  Furthermore, the Libretto did receive a poor review from pcmag.com.  A small sampling of 12 recent buyers though awarded it an average of 4 stars out of five on Amazon (Note that there are a couple of buyer beware reviews among them).  Available Now at Amazon Cool Gadgets: Toshiba Libretto W105-L251

For some of us, is the E-Series VAIO the epitome of modern mobile computing. Then there are other reasonable people, the simple aesthetic business notebooks, which is generally preferred as. For this latter group, which is an excess of all new Toshiba laptop in sight, seeking the delicious Portege M780 above. Also in the vein of HP 2730p a 12.1-inch convertible Tablet PC with a spill-resistant keyboard and rugged features is (tested to withstand drops of up to 1 meter), but the biggest attraction is probably Core i5 heart. They are also subject to updates the Satellite Pro A11 (already in the U.S.), M11, S11, comes with up to 8 GB of RAM, WiFi 802.11n, SSD options, and of course, Intel Core i7 processors. Check out after the break, and we hope it comes in Europe, Middle East and Africa during the quarter, with the M780 is closed behind them with a statement of the 2nd Quarter 2010.

It was a long day, plop on the couch, turn on the TV and get your laptop and a cool drink. But if you try again the office of TBS, you will have an exciting video on the web to find – probably Hall Engadget – and see instead that 40-inch HDTV faces to watch TV. Ok, maybe that our particular situation, but he probably in connection with your laptop to a TV in a number of different situations, so that no cable, poles and additional software – basically, ‘s been so easy. Well, it is with the $ 1000 Toshiba Satellite E205 and Netgear adapter included Push2TV.

On sale exclusively at Best Buy, through its Blue Label program, 15 inch, Core i5 Central laptop screen has come with an Intel wireless – what we Widi – the wireless laptop connects to any HDTV with the Netgear, with the push of a button . But can you really see Hulu on the big screen, without your couch? And it is the E205, including a laptop, with which you first? We have “evidence” – or find the video loads on the Web on our television screens – in the last two days.

CES is great and all but one of the bones, which we choose to select the program is usually long interval between presentation in Las Vegas and the mass market of the expedition. Luckily for us, Toshiba has no incentive to wait us one of the first in the world, Intel Wireless Display Team (or Widi, as it were) laptops. The Satellite E205 – which is equipped with a 2.53 GHz Core i5 430M Processor, 4 GB of DDR3 memory, DVD dual layer burner, 14-inch (1366 x 768), 500 GB hard drive and screen Netgear Wireless Adapter Push2TV – is now available at Best Buy. Toshiba Mini NB305 review

Posted by admin On January - 15 - 2010 ADD COMMENTS

If there is a renaissance man in the world of the first generation of netbooks that would be the Toshiba NB205 mini. The long battery life, keyboard, comfortable and attractive, and rugged construction of its part of others, even if they have a late entry into the notebook market last year. Like most manufacturers Tosh is gone and revised its netbook knockout phase with the Intel Atom platform Pine Trail and slightly modified design. But the competition has caught the NB305 mini $ 399? Or is it the mini NB305 still have a place in our hearts as the most versatile netbook out there?

On the other hand, as we design the mini NB305. The Acer Aspire One ASUS Eee PC 532H and comparison 1005PE is growing, and it is simply beautiful. Of course, it may be, as the brochure Nokia 3G fine, but the second plastic cover, decorated with diagonal lines in relief and money-ish rounded hinge provides a unique attraction. And yes, it feels good, do not complain of a fingerprint attracts brilliant deck. We also like the focus-on-the-lid, the power button lights up when the machine is running. The six-cell battery, which has been redesigned so you do not project horizontally in the rear, as in the mini-NB205, and now only slightly protruding from the bottom. The entire 1.4 cm thick chassis is not as thin as the Aspire One inch thick 532H, but £ 2.6 is still quite mild.

Around the netbook are the standard ports: three USB ports, VGA, Ethernet, SD card reader and microphone and headphone. Many objected to the lack of HDMI ports on these new netbooks, and while we would welcome additional interface easily to a larger monitor or HDTV atom get in touch, it is clear in itself, can not even edit video and 720p is therefore excluded from the list.

Toshiba Qosmio X505 gets Core i5′d

Posted by admin On January - 7 - 2010 ADD COMMENTS

As if it was enough to release seven new consumer notebooks, updated 18.4-inch Toshiba Qosmio X505 desktop replacement with the new Intel Core i7 and Core i5. The chassis has been modified and is still a beast of a laptop with built-in Harmon Kardon speakers and a series of screen resolution 1920 x 1080 The rest is on what to choose based configurtion, but certainly the model of 1199 is less than $ .99 will take i5 430M Intel Core processor and a choice of 320-GB hard drive. Then have options to GTS 360M NVIDIA graphics, a 64 GB SSD and up to 6 GB of RAM. Basically, the Qosmio is a mother of a drilling rig. Views holidays for full specifications.

If a manufacturer is the Intel or AMD chips for a particular model is often only a single marriage. Toshiba is on its new 11.6-inch T115 and T135 ultra-portable 13.3-inch, passionate, Neo, AMD Athlon or Intel Pentium SU4100 can be operated. Nothing, absolutely brilliant, but the starting point of $ 450 (for AMD), which only after a cost of something much Peppi netbook. The phones that are less than an inch thick and weighs 3.5 kilograms and 3.9, or offer up to 9 hours of battery life for Intel and AMD in 6 hours, with the ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics in the past provide some decent low Power Video Decoding (including Blu-ray, if you have an external hard drive). Price range up to $ 700 on a drive of 320 GB and 4 GB of RAM.

We played with both models, and although it suffered any special measures, we can not say we are impressed with Toshiba’s super tough, ultra-light approach. It feels a little cheap and the last generation, especially in comparison with refined mini NB305 – Chiclet keyboard that’s almost better, the slightly soft keys in this exhibition. The price and feature set is certainly worth a look further, but Toshiba does not want more of her fetish plastic and do something a little more desirable.

Toshiba has introduced two new Satellite notebooks with Windows 7 touch screen, the Touch Satellite M505 (M505-S4990-T), and then touch the Satellite U505 (U505-S2980-T). Both have a touchscreen and Windows 7 Windows Home Premium offers touch functionality enabled.

The new Toshiba laptop with housing for Toshiba, has come the two touch-enabled applications: the bulletin board for projects, tasks, and organize users in real time, easy to find files based on when they were opened with a simple story funny visual.

Toshiba Dynabook bestial last updated in April, but at the time, Toshiba was walking with her chin, refusing to Blu-ray integration into their products. But now, the 18.4-inch Qosmio G60 (MX Dynabook foreign markets) is finally putting together high-definition video a Cell processor SpursEngine cooperation based on a Blu-ray, the games the luck to see the film enough strength lugging around this thing. Further facilities include a 2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo P8700 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce GT 230 million GPU, HDD 500 GB, 4 GB of RAM, a dual TV tuner, 7 Windows Home Premium and a 1080p panel. If all goes well, will be available next month (at least in Japan) for around ¥ 220,000 (2,457 euros), although your guess is as good as ours in a statement the United States.

Toshiba is certainly not for laptops, the smaller-sized and large these days, but it’s still determined to make things a bit more with two new models in Culver: The 13.3-inch and MX/43 Mix 11.6 MX / 33 inch. Of course, to come with some compromise on performance for even more mobility, but you have a slightly better balance with MX/43, an Intel Core 2 Duo T9400, 2GB RAM (up to 8 GB’s) hard drive with 250 GB promised 10.5 hours of battery life and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. The MX/33, but the matter still do with a 1.3 GHz Celeron processor 743 and a smaller battery and other similar data, but you can get your choice of three different colors. Persons Not a word in a statement here, but Japan is in a position (an improvement you guessed it) 22. October show.

We know that love just announced a Toshiba Satellite laptop beware, so: We have two new ultra-CULVER UK and Stateside Market: Satellite T135 (or T130 announced, as it is known) for Agent 13.3 — inch beauty, with options that are either an Intel Pentium, Celeron single-core or Celeron Dual-core, hard drive up to 3 GB of DDR3 RAM and 250 GB. The satellite-T115 (or T110 in the United Kingdom) sports a 11.6-inch screen, an Intel Pentium or Celeron only, and up to 4 GB of RAM and 500 GB hard drive. Moreover, like the children in more than laptops have given the old and the new T135 has found that business is good, “said a little less than the competition,” the $ 710-unit, reserved is the good performance and elegant design. Maybe is the only key and touch the speaker silence is a turnoff to some, but it takes all kinds, does not it? Look for the T135 and T115 on 22 October for $ 600 and $ 450 respectively – their counterparts in the United Kingdom should leave the same day for 430.
